farm vacations. Our officers/members speak about agritourism at
conferences around the nation and also as far away as Poland. |

Mission Statement:
- Offer an
alternate source of income to small family farms by bringing paying,
overnight guests to the farm. This allows many of the small family
farms to remain economically viable and helps preserve the rich
heritage of small farming in Pennsylvania
- Offer a
vacation alternative to individuals, couples and families along with
the opportunity to experience the culture and tradition of the
agrarian lifestyle which is no longer available to the majority of
our increasingly urban population.
- Better
promote the members of the Pennsylvania Farm Vacation Association,
Inc. to legislative bodies and insure that legislation is rational
and kept to a minimum.
